I find it quite ironic that in order to find an incredibly good Italian meal, I need to go to Wildeshausen, Germany, and walk into AL-TO. My friend and I were greeted warmly, and given our choice of seats. After a few minutes, a waiter came by to take our drink order. Mine was Konig Pils, an excellent beer. My friend and I chatted about world events for a short while, sipping our drinks, and then it became time to order. I might add that the ambiance of this restaurant is quite relaxing and even convivial. I am a huge fan of gorgonzola cheese, and I have no idea why. But I love it !
