They don’t understand or comprise their customers feelings when it comes to the mistakes they made ! i asked for crispy chicken on my salad so i called and complained. i know it doesn’t seem like much but rn i’m not able to get around as much cuz i sprained my ankle and i can’t drive so my bf is driving me around and he just went into a doctors appt so i wasn’t able to come and give the salad back mind you this is my first meal of the day.. but the girl otp told me if i wasn’t able to come back that day to show her they didn’t put chicken on the salad she wasn’t able to provide me a remake of my meal the next time i come. i would’ve expected some empathy but she just laughed at me so i hung...

I always enjoy coming here after work, especially when I visit the nearby attractions. However, today was a different experience. I wasn't greeted by the staff, and I found myself standing in awkward silence until I realized that no one was going to acknowledge me or ask how they could help. It was one of the strangest experiences I've had in a while. The young woman who was taking care of me was quite rude and disrespectful, offering little interaction or courtesy. On the bright side, the young man who rang me up was very kind. Unfortunately, the girl seemed completely unhappy, making me feel like a burden just for ordering a salad. I hope she has a better day!

I love ordering from Saladworks, however this Saladworks had an issue with their printer not their computer and never had the decency to call me and let me know. I had to wait an hour to have my salad delivered and by the time I got it, my lunch was over. Thank goodness for the AMAZING Uber driver who called me to inform me and fix the issue. I am extremely upset with the way this was handled. They should not have their online ordering available, if they cannot contact their customers of issues. Be careful!

I went in to get 2salads the gentleman who served me was very pleasant on the other hand the young lady with long braids was wearing gloves and putting her fingers in her mouth while wearing the gloves and handling the warm rolls as I asked her to change her gloves she totally ignored me and grabbed the roll with the utensils asked if I wanted a receipt while she was crumbling it this happened about 7:30 tonight very poor unsanitary customer service unexecptableParking: Clean Réservez une table maintenant

This is the cleanest restaurant I have ever visited, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's unfortunate that some people choose to leave fake reviews, like the woman who claimed she saw a mouse. I was sitting outside next to her when the restaurant was closed at 9 PM, and she mentioned she was going to write a false review. If anyone is considering taking her seriously, please don't—Google should really prevent her from posting anything further. It's shameful behavior.

Worst worst worst experience very rude behave this is second time I visit this store they saying that they will take 30 minutes seriously are you going to take 30 minutes to prepare a salad?I meet one door dash driver outside the store he was saying that he is never taking this salad works order as the employees behave very rudely and says your order will take 30-45 minutes this type of employee is ruining the image of salad works

I arrived well before closing time, but I was informed that they couldn't serve me because the tongs had already been put away. The staff was very rude, and the customer service was terrible. After I left, which was before 9 PM, they locked the door and refused entry to other customers as well. I won't be going back!

Ordered the salad and panini combo! The salad was super fresh!! I say this because the lettuce at the Washington Township location is always wilted! The panini I got was the chipotle chicken!!! Soooo delicious!!! Can’t even add a photo because I devoured it!!! Good job girls!!! I will be back! Réservez une table maintenant

Was in the store today having Lunch an I saw a BABY MOUSE run out from back of counter .. I left my salad on the table an left the store !!!! VERY MUCH UNCALLED FOR ..I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THE STORE AGAIN !!
