I placed an online order, and it was ready when I arrived. I opted for a build-your-own salad, but they forgot to include the two avocados I ordered, each costing $1.79. On top of that, they charge extra for toppings: sunflower seeds were an additional $0.99, celery $0.99, egg $1.79, and dressing was $0.99 each (none was included in the base price). While I wouldn't mind paying $12 to $16 for a salad, I expect to receive all of the ingredients I ordered for $20. I understand that mistakes happen, but if I'm spending that much, I'd recommend going to Panera for a full meal instead.
I ordered a Cobb salad during my first visit to this restaurant, hoping to try something new instead of my usual choice. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst salads I've ever had. The lettuce had a bleachy smell and wasn’t fresh, and the avocado was also lacking in freshness. The ingredients were very basic and simply not enjoyable. I would have been better off getting a salad from Wendy's. It was such a letdown. However, I will say that the young lady who served me was delightful.
I had the saddest salad experience ever. I ordered a chicken Caesar, and it came with iceberg lettuce and what couldn't have been more than an ounce and a half of chicken. Everything was bland and lacked flavor, even the onions. I paid $15 for it, plus a $4 charge to add a tiny bit more chicken. It was definitely not worth it.
I really love their salads. The green goddess dressing is the best I've had. The staff is both friendly and tidy. During my last visit, they added some outdoor furniture to the dining area, but honestly, it never seems to be very crowded anyway. The prices for the salads are reasonable, considering their size.

The salad was fresh and crisp. They have an excellent setup for salads and sandwiches in their "To Go" containers, which keep the sandwich warm and the salad fresh. Their sesame dressing is among the best I’ve ever tasted. Great job, Saladworks!
I absolutely love this place! Meghan and Rachel are amazing! The food is simply delicious. I usually order the Mediterranean Salad, while my son enjoys the Fire Roasted Cabo Salad. This is definitely the best food in Bel Air, MD!

The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of salads prepared right before your eyes. The atmosphere is reminiscent of fast food, so focus on enjoying the salads rather than the ambiance.
