Saladworks - Réserver une table

Every single time I order from Saladworks in Cumberland mall they forget my husbands additional Caesar dressing! Every time! The last three times *angry face* and this last time they failed to add shredded cheese to my salad. I really shouldnt have to feel like I need to go in person to watch them make the salad. Do they need training on how to read an order? I am completely aware that this is not DoorDashs fault, saladworks needs to get their stuff together. How hard is it to add a 2nd salad dressing, I pay for it every time and I never get it! Im getting really tired of it. I order Saladworks at least once a month sometimes twice, I probably paid almost 6 dollars for salad dressings Ive never received. I am going to have a hard time recommending this Saladworks location for quite a while until they get it together.

This Saladworks is a real hit or miss, but even when it hits, it doesnt hit like other Saladworks. They use these super flimsy plastic containers instead of the traditional thicker more aesthetically pleasing ones. The ingredients are usually not very fresh, to the point where I had to call the store to ask which days their truck comes to know when is a good day to order. Not to mention, 9/10 times theres something missing from my salad because theyre out of it. The upside to this store is the staff is great and the owner is a friendly dude. Sorry to have to give you this review, but I genuinely have been disappointed by this store on several occasions.

Always a great experience at Saladworks. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are plenty, and the roll is always delicious.
