I go to salata very frequently but this was my first time coming to this specific location. The first downfall was their parking, horrible, I had to park in a parking garage and walk about 5 minutes to get to the restaurant. I guess parking isnt something they can really control so thats not my biggest problem. The food was good as always but my problem came with the manager. As I was ordering at the counter the manager was being extremely rude to all the employees behind the counter. It seems that they had missed the dressing on a to go order and he made all of them stop what they were doing and he started to basically yell at them for missing the dressing. I give very few places 5 stars but I have to give Salata the full 5. I've been craving that salad ever since I tried it two weeks ago and I simply haven't had the chance to go back. But I absolutely will. I LOVED the whole setup, from the helpful and attentive staff to the layout of the dining area to the delicious assortment of ingredients and dressings. The ginger lime vinaigrette is the stuff of dreams! I had plump, juicy blueberries, abundant blue cheese crumbles, nuts, perfectly washed spinach, Herb marinated chicken, cucumber, and a whole lot more!
