I ordered the shrimp and fries with a side salad. The shrimp were very hot on the outside but strangely nearly cold inside. The texture of shrimp is odd, gives you feeling it?s old or wasn?t refrigerated properly. The ranch dressing is watery. The frieswere soaked in oil and looked like they had been fried twice. I also got the calamari and it was awful, no seasoning, cold andalso had an odd texture. Seafood is definitely not Salem?s forte. Also, I told the cashier I wanted a large cup for Coke and hejust gave me a cup and when I walked around to the drink dispensers guess what? Only Pepsi products. Don?t waste your time going Gyros in Brandon after 11pm on a Friday night. I place a order paid for a different order That I wasn?t aware of until I got my food. I explained to the cashier I didn?t order grilled fish yellow rice black beans. I orderedgrill shrimp and fries. , The cashier got a attitude for no reason, just fix my order and correct the amount. This got methinking how many people actually be paying for the wrong meals and don?t realize that it happen. Never again every body Inthere at like they couldn?t comprehend nothing so sad. I never got my food I just got a refund. Bad customer service!!!!
I am completely addicted to this place! After my first visit, I ended up coming back for the entire weekend! Everything is so fresh and delicious! The fish sandwich is far better than those you typically find by the beach, and it’s much more reasonably priced! I absolutely love it! My order is always accurate, and the seasoning is outstanding! I've been coming here every single Friday for the past four weeks, and I'm definitely hooked!
I ordered a shrimp gyro with extra Tzatziki sauce to try something new, along with a side salad and ranch dressing. Unfortunately, there was no extra sauce, and the gyro turned out to be quite dry and plain. Additionally, I didn't receive a fork, ranch for my salad, or any napkins. The Cherry Pepsi was also flat. Overall, I would rate my experience a 3 out of 10; I was very disappointed.

I mean you know it's going to be packed and busy, but you never really wait that long. They keep it moving, food is always piping hot and just delicious. Only small thing is they didn't have orange soda, but I'm being picky because that will not stop me for 1 second from going back. This place is amazing.
We are new to Florida and decided to try them for lunch. Lawd these gizzard, fries and pickle fries just blezsed my soul. The seasoning is on point. Not to mention they're open late. This will be a household staple!
Shorty 1 truly made my experience at this restaurant exceptional. Her customer service was the best I've received here, hands down. I will definitely return because of her! She deserves a promotion!
the drink was completly flat the fries tasted raw and old and the wings were hard. just because you ordered at night does not mean we should receive old food we are paying customers.

My shrimp was not cooked and smelled horrible and the fries were cold and stale as well. I tried calling but no answer. I will NEVER order from this locate again and want a refund
