Calamari £9 for 3 rubbery rings was a major disappointment. Asparagus and pea risotto was difficult to eat and may be making a second appearance this morning. (I didn’t drink alcohol but feel like I’ve been on a major session). The main taste was salt/soy/miso....Found 1 asparagus. My sons salmon risotto was better taste but salmon was hard. I would have complained at the restaurant but we were there with family for a Christmas meal and didn’t want to spoil the night complaining. A final kick in the pants was a 10% service charge added to our bill (4 adults 2 juniors) which we thought was a **** cheek considering the extortionate prices. The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely amazing, the food was brilliant, and the homemade, authentic Italian cuisine was well worth the price. I would definitely visit again. The dishes were fresh and delicious.
Friendly attentive staff. Wonderful food. Excellent value. Staff took drinks orders promptly on arrival. Food came out quickly and surpassed expectation. Highly recommend
