My friend and I have been to their other sister restaurant before and it’s delicious. This place is easy to find, right on the corner in a cute building with flowers around it. We booked a reservation ahead of time on open table. We walked in to our reservation at 6:30 and we were seated right away. The ambiance is relaxed, but so cute we felt like we were in Italy! Our server Alberto was phenomenal, attentive, friendly, and happy to serve us. The Burrata appetizer was tasty, I just wish there was a larger portion of the Burrata. I went back to this restaurant with my wife and mother and once again had a fantastic dining experience. We started with cocktails, including the Laguna Greyhound and Positano Sunset, which were tasty and not overly sweet. The food was excellent, with the calamari appetizer having a light breading and tasting very fresh. The linguine with clams, linguine pepe e cacio, and meat ravioli were all wonderful and we cleaned our plates! Ordered serval entrees from the menu and one appetizer. Extremely disappointed with every quality and taste of the food. Clams were sandy, potato shells undercooked, and angel hair garlic pasta was bitter and lacked any palpable flavor. To top it off, the waiter failed to bring us table napkins or refill our waters even though there was only two other couples dining. Will not be dining here anytime soon.
Their entrées are excellent. Shared their calamari would rated a 10. Had a Caesar salad was mediocre best. Service was terrible. we had reservations at 7 PM and ordered our entrées after we received our appetizers. Our entrée did not arrive until after 8 o’clock. We waited and waited.
