Salfords Kebab - Réservation de table

Ordered a kebab tonight for myself and my friend ordered a lamb shish and a lamb Kofte, order received late but inwnast worries until it turned up and our order was wrong!! I called them they said they would send me another but after 5 mins I decided it wasn’t worth the wait and to save them the hassle I rung them to say don’t worry about sending another and refund me instead for them to be rude and shout at me down the phone saying their staff had Repeated my order 3 times which isn’t true, never once was it mentioned what it recieved!! I couldn’t believe the rudeness and after that would never use them again!! Customer service is key here guys!! You have none....

I was disappointed with the restaurant's lack of effort in delivering my food through Uber Eats. Despite having ordered from them before, they cancelled my order without explanation. When I called to inquire, I was told that Uber had cancelled, which I found hard to believe. It turned out to be a confession that they were simply lazy. I was frustrated to find out that I was charged £40 for a meal that was never delivered, especially since my kids were hungry. A simple phone call to explain the situation would have been appreciated, as I would have been willing to pick up the order myself if they had informed me.

We have been ordering a take away service from this place for the last 5 years. The food and service has been excellent. Delivery was always on time. We were gutted when they shut before Xmas. Now they are under new ownership, the first delivery was late. The second delivery was on time, but today they delivered a full hour and a half before it was due. My Wife called them and they were very arrogant despite the fact I had a text confirming the delivery time. We will not be ordering again.

The single worst burger I have ever had. Swimming in sauce. I have never seen sauce that could be squeezed out of a salad before. This was uneatable even after wiping the sauce of both buns scraping the salad of and wiping the sauce of the burger.. I will would only revisit this place to buy a burger for someone like trump. The meat was boiled and arrived over two hours late, making for a truly terrible experience. Additionally, after waiting for an hour, I was informed that the food had already left, but it actually arrived 35 minutes later.

We went for both chicken shish/ lamb shish and lamb kofte. Side order of Turkish bread and rice- salad was all fresh. Bread was beautiful. Meat was flavoursome and tender. Absolutely delicious would absolutely recommend!

To start of with my experience with this kebab shop is way out of my word I really recommend everybody to try out their Family special,delicious baklava absolutely astonished!!

The lamb kebab was cold. The flavours are good and the sides are tasty so it wasn't a bad dish but I prefer my kebabs warm and juicy please

Ordered 4 LARGE meat and chips. All was stone cold and barely a handful of chips… £8.50 each for this served COLD!!
