I live in bremerhaven, and wanted to show my guests the beautiful sides of the city. the cafe at the salon steamer hansa first looked promising.Waren for coffee and cake eating there. for the price of more than 16 euro for 3x coffee/kitchen we would have expected at least something edible.The waiter replied very evasively to the demand for a caffeine-free milk coffee. with a clear "I'm sorry, this is unfortunately not possible, but I can offer coffee with milk" the situation would have been professional and friendly solved.KaffeeHag didn't taste, and there was only the packed coffee cream instead of fresh milk. Cheese cream torte ice-cold (just soaked)? with softened floor and terrible taste...
to eat in a maritime environment you go to the salon steamer hansa. berth window fishing port. The stelling high, down the lowlands and you enter the main deck on which the restaurant is located! cozy seating with leather upholstery, comfortable chairs, all very clean,with lovingly covered tables! the services were very friendly, polite, quick and made a professional impression on us! my wife had appetit on fish (actually always) and ordered her soul laughs in ice hull and prince beans, with bratkartoffel! she was very touched by the taste of the fish and the bratkartoffeln. the beans were fresh and not from the dose! always fish is nothing for me,so that I ordered pork medillions with fresh...
Despite the bigger one, for us (4 adults with 2 smaller children) a sufficiently large table was quickly rectified in one of the cozy dining rooms and almost perfectly covered. the big card offered something for every taste (including the one of the children). the portions were very large and tasty prepared. the kitchen is not very fine, but very good quality and exactly cooked. the beverages (wine and water) were re-sustained several times, the cupboard was replaced several times. the service was excellent!
shortly before silvester, we have ordered a so-called "Romanian 3-course menu" here. on this evening we were the only guests - if we had not pre-ordered we would have gone directly from the ship. the ambiente was unfortunately not really cozy - a deko did not go beyond a serviette. the food was unfortunately maximum medium, warmed up fish and finished red hat I also make home. so I don't imagine a beautiful romantic evening.

a visit to the salon steamer bremerhaven is worth it because of the unique ambiente. especially the real salon is a jewellery piece. this lovingly and elaborately renovated restaurant ship offers a tangible maritime atmosphere, a courtesy friendly service and an always tasty food, which is why I like to use this locality also for business/private dinners with outside guests.
we were four and felt very comfortable. the restaurant is modern and freshly equipped. the service was very accommodating, the table formally covered. we had twice labskaus, once the pannfischplatte and once swanfed medals. the portions are lovingly presented and lush. we were all very happy and happy to come back.
the device of the "hansa" is still cozy and noble. the service uncomplicated and flexible. whether on the shaded achterdeck or in the salon a visit to the hansa is necessary for us during a visit to the roemerhaven.
