I typically enjoy the fish and chips at this restaurant, but last time I was extremely disappointed. When my meal was served, the fish was extremely greasy and should have been left to drain for a bit before being placed on the plate. I had to use several napkins to soak up the excess oil from both the plate and the fish.
We enjoyed an excellent value mini fish and chips which was well cooked and very good, with a choice of mushy peas, beans, curry or gravy and a drink. A little walk out of the town centre but great, will be going back next time we fancy fish and chips!
I should have written this review years ago. The food is amazing and the customer service is top-notch. We enjoy bringing our dog Nugget here for our favorite meal of the week. Thank you.
