Le Saltwater Grill est un incontournable de Galveston depuis un certain temps. Cette fois, j'ai essayé l'une de leurs nouvelles offres "nues", espérant que le poisson serait autorisé à briller. J'ai eu le sébaste grillé, ce qui était parfaitement fait - les bords très fins étaient un peu croustillants et carmélisés mais le poisson était encore humide et savoureux. J'ai manqué le pain - c'était l'un des rares restaurants de la ville à avoir commenc...
Another very nice Mother's Day at Salsa Grill. We had several of the specials lamb ribs and lamb sirloin stood out. Jay had made strawberry pie for dessert and had two servings left, so we claimed them. This was a layered French pastry with strawberries and blueberries sitting atop a custard base, with a ring of fresh pastry cream piped around it. All was fantastic the lamb ribs had cooked sous vide for 48 hours and just fell apart, but still had that slight chewiness that makes them so toothsome. As usual, a tremendous treat for the family on Mom's day.
I love taking friends to Salsa Grill so they can discover the wonderfulness that I’ve experienced since the restaurant opened! My latest obsession is the chicken Caesar salad. This visit, my friend ordered the spinach empanada combo and was enthralled. Said she’d have to come back with her husband. THAT’S how a restaurant keeps growing and I’m happy to do my part.
La nourriture était savoureuse. Le serveur était un peu moins que la moyenne en ce qui concerne les compétences. Je me fichais de savoir comment ils manquaient de pain. C'était très bruyant dans la section où nous étions assis. Mais dans l'ensemble, ce n'était pas une mauvaise expérience, mais cela n'a pas fait tomber mes chaussettes.

We love the Salsa Grill! The food is consistently excellent as everything is cooked fresh from the highest quality ingredients. The owner and all his staff go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your meal.

Restaurant staff “lost” our reservation, although confirmed (twice) by OpenTable. Embarrassing for me with seven guests. Amateur hour. Avoid!
It's a great local spot with yummy foodThe paella could use mussels or clams in addition to the shrimp, sausage, and chicken.

The food was excellent. Lot's of variety on the menu. Excellent service.
