Salsa's Taqueria - Réservation de table

The food here is consistently good. However, they really need to improve their DoorDash menu. There's no option to request items to be removed or placed on the side, and the comment section is disabled. For instance, I ordered the taco salad and wanted the guacamole on the side, but I couldn't make that request, so I had to call to make the change, which defeats the purpose of ordering online. I understand they might not want people adding extra items in the comment section, but it would be helpful to include a "NO" option in the required selections.

I tried this place for lunch today and am chowing my leftover burrito as I write this. I can't get over how darn good this place is, which is why I knew I needed to write this review giving props where due. If I could give this place 1,000 stars, I would. Fresh, generous portions and absolutely delicious. Atmosphere is counter service with self serve drinks and warm chips, including a variety of salsas. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Shrimp fajitas are the Best here. Not swimming in grease. Tasty plump shrimp..generous portions. My favorite food Mexican cuisine in Folsom. Super friendly people. They make their own corn tortillas.! Other tasty dishes as well. Chile Verde...chimichuanga... all good.

I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos and they were absolutely delicious! Salsas Taqueria consistently delivers great food! Among our favorites are the carne asada fries, which are the best in town! If you're dining on-site, the mango margaritas are an absolute must! Réservez une table maintenant

Clearly, they don’t pay much attention when preparing the tacos, as I found a large piece of carnitas in one of mine. It's a shame because the tacos were otherwise really tasty, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

Chips and salsa are good. The grilled chicken was very upset in my burrito. My husband's carnitas weren't crispy. Flan was delicious and service was excellent. We'll try them again, but probably not the Burritos.

The salsa bar is large with a nice variety, and I would have rated this place higher, but the vegan options were limited. The grilled vegetables were fresh and not oily, which I appreciated.

The chorizo was so salty, too salty. I have ordered it before and it was very good, not this time. I couldnt eat it.
