Salt Spring Brewing

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this restaurant. They serve guests on the top level of a house nestled among trees. I tried two tasting flights with a variety of sour beers, porters, IPAs, and lagers.

There is nothing particularly exceptional about this restaurant, aside from the stunning views. The tasting room is located on a hill, with a steep climb followed by a row of single track trails.

This small brewery is crafting some excellent beers. Their selection of two ales, a delicious IPA, a Bitter, and a Porter are all highly recommended and worth trying.

One of the few breweries using organic barley and hops! Delicious beer without the glyphosate and other grain chemical residues. Love it!

Good beer!! The Heather Ale is ambrosia. I wish we had bought a case.
