Salt Straw Hayes Valley

here there are some good vegan options. the ice base is very thick and creamy, but some aromen are something too sweet for me. I also don't love that they serve like pig blood, as it makes me less enthusiastic to support the business.

I always love going to Salt Straw! It's great to know that there will always be at least three dairy-free options. My favorite flavor at the SF location is the mint chocolate chip but I've never had anything that I didn't like.

the vegan mint chip is seriously creamy. it's the best vegan egg I ever had. there are also other vegan options that are spectacular!

They have only one cream based vegan option that tastes store bought and the others are sorbets

chocolate chips were perfect: not too thin or thick. the mint was delicious and fragrant.
