Saltgrass Steak House

This the third Saltgrass I have visited. I thought the food was not as good as the previous 2.I would eat there again. The young man that was our server was very good. I think he might need a hearing aid but it was crowded and a little noisy. The Ribs at the Saltgrass in Longview fell off the bones but that's the way I liked them.The rubs in Texas city or Webster was not as tender.The rattles were as good as the other 2 Saltgrasss I've visited. 3 star is what I will give them

I ordered the grill chicken breast and it was perfectly cooked. great taste and very juicy!. at the bar, calista walker, offered fantastic service and she was very attentive to the detail. their work area looked clean and very well organized. jerry morale
