Salud y Vida Restaurante Vegetariano

There are really only two vegan restaurants in Popayan. Both offer a solid menu of the day from 9 to 10 items. You will get seven of these items to choose for your meal. When vegan I never had a problem finding six to seven articles that were vegan. The food in Salud y Vida is well prepared and tastes delicious. The restaurant itself needs some repairs, but with all small dining places there is no problem finding a comfortable place to eat. If you are looking for vegan food in Popayan, try it... You'll like it.

For us vegetarians it was a dream to find a visit to this beautiful place! It's a small restaurant, but you really feel comfortable! It is not like an expensive looking vegetarian restaurant that 's why we enjoyed it so much; it is easy and people from Popayan go to eat there! There are many vegetarian and vegan food option, no meat! You could assemble your menu with different dishes, that was great!

We get the choice to order 7 items from the daily menu, an original concept that makes a lot of food, and everything is vegan and very tasty. It's SUPER cheap, the cheapest restaurant I've eaten so far in Colombia. 8000 Pesos for two daily menus!!

The food was quite yummy and it was very cheap great vegetarian option for lunch. The menu del dia consists of a soup to starr with and a mixed plate of vegetarian dishes which you can chose from a list of daily options.
