This establishment is one of the reasons black owned businesses have a bad rep! Everytime I go here (not often) there is an issue! The customer service is horrible, today the young man working watched my son and I walk in, didn't greet us, didn't askif he could help us or anything, he walked to the back and didn't return for at least 10 minutes! A woman with a call in had totell to get him to come to the front even then he never acknowledged us nor did the young lady cooking who saw us as well!They have a posted menu with no prices and didn't answer the phone after we called several times before going there! The restaurant experience was not great through Uber Eats. I ordered a beef polish boy and a perch snack. I enjoyed the hush puppies and the lemonade, which were worth the money. However, the lemonade was not served in a jar as advertised, and was of poor quality. It was watered-down and not worth the price. The restaurant needs to work on consistency and improving the quality of their offerings for their customers.

This whole meal was absolutely delicious. The bag came fully sealed. The food was still super fresh when I got it. The 5 Wing Waffle was amazing. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy and the strawberry waffle was fluffy soft and yummmy. The Perch Sandwich was fire too and the fish was crispy. This was the best meal I've ever had from them I can't say enough great things. Service: Delivery

Every time I visit Sam Sylk's, the food is consistently good. I typically order the chicken and fries with a drink, but this time I decided to try the fish and it was delicious. The orders are cooked fresh and it seems like they are made right when you order. I ordered the dry rubbed wings and found them to be quite salty. Unfortunately, there was no BBQ sauce applied to the wings, only packets provided on the side. I was disappointed by this. The service for my takeout dinner was good, rated a 5, and the atmosphere was average, rated a 3. The price per person was between $10 and $20. Overall, I would give the food a 4 out of 5.

I ordered the two-piece perch dinner with fries. The perch was undercooked and the fries were soggy, indicating that they may need to change their oil. Additionally, the service was slow and it took a long time for my food to be served. Price range per person is between $1-10. Overall, the food was rated 3 out of 5, service 1 out of 5, and atmosphere 2 out of 5.

I ordered through Uber Eats, but unfortunately they forgot to include the spaghetti and bread that we ordered. Additionally, we ordered a large mac and cheese but received a small instead. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
