Samba Brazilian Steakhouse - Mirage Hotel & Casino

The service was slow for meat options our server was inattentive for a non busy night. It took a significant amount of time to be asked if we would like more wine. We were never asked if we would like coffee or dessert after waiting a while for our server to show up after we were done eating. When I made the reservation through Open Table I answered that it was our anniversary. Why is this asked if it's not even acknowledged? We certainly were not shown any reason to come back.

We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. It did not have a traditional Brazilian steakhouse feel as there was no salad bar. Although the servers were friendly, there were not enough of them and we felt neglected, especially compared to a larger table that had multiple servers attending to them. As a result, we do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Food lacked flavor. There was limited staff, so meat only came around every five minutes. They were unable to meet my well done needs. The seasoning was not what we have come to associate with Brazilian steakhouse food. Overpriced for the amount of food supplied.

Sad restaurant in Foods fine, Brazilian grill price fixed. One menu has salmon for $10 more. Date ambiance. Service is slow, inattentive, need to be told to ask for another drink, how's your meal, can I get you dessert...

My wife and I had dinner before a show at the Mirage. The food and service was great and being carnivores we enjoyed the Brazilian style meat preparation and serving.
