Missed restaurant week, however still visited Sambal this past weekend and it was really good. Venue has a warm friendly vibe, staff was alert and courteous and the options we tried were yummy. Love the rustic Southeast Asian theme of whimsical color prints mixed with exposed aged wood beams and playful bronze lanterns. Great location! Hudson River view! AMAZING service and attention to detail!! I hosted a pre wedding event here and the staff was so sweet. The food was delicious! The chef helped me create a special menu and signature cocktail. If I had more stars to rate this place, I would, because 5 isn’t enough ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️

Great drinks. Excellent river view. Really good food. The people that work there are really nice, I would definitely hang out with them after hours. Lots of gluten free options clearly stated on the menu, that are truly gluten free. This place is safe if you have celiacs disease.

A fusion Malay/Thai restaurant with good vibe. Being a Malaysian I would be more excited if they had more authentic options for Malay food. Overall, good restaurant experience in this town.

Though location is great this place looks good on paper. The reality is the food is mediocre service boarded line ok.
