I feel food an service has gone down hill since our first time eating at the restaurant 4 yrs ago. Tonight I ordered food to go an usually I never have to check it cause it’s never been wrong. I got home an I live across town, I only had 1 part of my order right. I had received 2 other dishes that weren’t mine. I called them about it and was asked if I wanted my food or a refund. I told them I wanted my food. I couldn’t eat what was given to me by mistake an couldn’t bring it back either since it cross contamination. Was the worst Ruben sandwich I have ever had.This is the only time that I didn't like the food, and it was my fourth time eating there.The fried green tomatoes are fantastic however.
