I have a membership in Sam's Club for just one article a coffee creamer, I can't find anywhere else. BUT, they suddenly stopped wearing it in the store, and it is an online only article. Okay, so I ordered 8 cases (each case is 8 containers from Rahmer, and this is about a year's supply for my house) and a few days later FedEx delivered a large box with THREE cases, and the label stated that this was the complete order. I called and reminded her that I had paid for eight Oops! and two days later the other five arrived. All of them take care of it! A few days ago there was one of those big heavy boxes that drowned white powder waiting for me in the mailroom. Damn it! I called to inform them about the error, and their automated system told me that my order would be delivered a week from that day. More? I finally got a person and explained that I wanted her to get her package and not send it anymore! It'll take us three to seven days. What? You have the order number and you know that it is a problem, what remains to process? But this effin' big box is still down in our mail room leaking coffee creamer and take too much space, and it's embarrassing because my name is on it. I'm with SAM 'S CLUB, not least because I've been lied so often by her help when it gets picked up.
