Well I would have given 4 stars because everything is usually easy to find in the store and overall it’s not that bad of a place. However, I will go with one, only because of when my wife and I observed the man at the door going through every single person of color’s cart when exiting the store. Every time a white couple would walk by, he’d just smile, scan their receipt and allow them through. When we approached, he noticed we were purchasing lobsters and some steak, and said “did you use food stamps?” We didn’t react at all and he started to say that the lobsters weren’t on the receipt and that we didn’t pay for them. Then, just a few days ago, I found a huge, heavy box of white powder waiting for me in the mailroom. Frustrated, I called to report the mix-up, and their automated system informed me that my order would be delivered a week later. What? After a struggle, I finally reached a live person and explained that I wanted them to stop sending additional packages! She told me it would take three to seven days. Why? I recently made my first trip to Sam's Club with a friend who is a member. The place is massive and offers an impressive selection of large items! I noticed a nice variety of clothing, although I didn't end up purchasing anything. My friend found some adorable baby clothes for her niece for just $2—what a steal! While I enjoyed exploring the store, I realized that it's not quite my style since I'm single and don’t really need such large quantities. Alot of perishable products on the border of expiration and expired still on sale. Watch out carefully. A lot shelves empty. Fruits and veggies getting molded and roting fast because not enough refrigeration and control from employees and managers.

It's incredibly convenient to use your mobile phone for scanning and bypass the checkout lines. They also offer the best products and have a spacious meat department.
Simple place to shop and my family member works there, so I know when they have great offers.
