Sam's St Johns Seafood Of Jacksonville

Sam's is situated in a strip mall with a large grocery store chain. It's a small looking nondescript restaurant but DO NOT allow that to fool you! I was pleasantly greeted immediately upon entering and taken to a large six-place booth. I arrived a bit after 5 pm on a Tuesday evening, and it wasn't too crowded. By the time I left an hour later, the place was hopping. I ordered the dinner salmon with a baked potato and green beans. My server brought a sour cream and seafood dip with crackers. It was very good. I was very surprised at the portion size of the salmon, two large cross-cut sections, perfectly cooked and not over seasoned. I had lunch with my family. Every time we go, the food is always great and the service is excellent.
