I've read several complaints regarding the staff, but I personally haven't had any negative experiences. I also haven't had a reason to approach them with any issues. While I wouldn't describe the service as exceptional, it's mediocre, which seems to be the norm these days. On the downside: 1) Last night, I wanted to order a burger for each of my children, but at $13.95 each, I found the price to be outrageous. The menu stated that the burgers came with chips, which I didn’t want. When I inquired, I was told that the price remained the same whether or not I wanted the chips. However, there are a few downsides. It annoys me that they charge an extra $2 for sauce for the chips when that should be included. Additionally, the restaurant lacks decoration, and the way they announce when your order is ready can be quite irritating. They definitely need a better method for delivering food to customers. The salad is very basic, consisting of just a bit of tomato, some onion, no dressing, and a lot of lettuce. As for the service, the staff are okay, but the food can take anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour to arrive, depending on how busy they are. this was my way to take away cleveland for some time fishing and chips. it may be mistaken, but it runs around the competitors in the opposite so my standard order is crumbling calamari, calamari and bier broken chips with a tub of aioli. I could never blame what I received. the fish is beautiful and white and thick, not like some other places where it is tasteless and looks as thin as the filet has been cut in the half! the beer-battered chips are amazing and the bit extra worth. Beef Burger and Chips. Soooooo good!<br/ <br/ <br/ 23 Mar, 2015 <br/ <br/ It was quiet the time we went which made it better because it's always packed. I feel like since it was quiet they spent more time on the order which made it even more better. The presentation was alright but the burger and chips itself was SO GOOD! seafood were very fresh! battered objects came nice and light and not greasy. they can say that the care was included in the preparation of the article. the personal is great and the owners are also super friendly! suspected that it is really far away.

Never disappoints!! Delicious food, fresh, and great value for money. The fresh, raw prawns, calamari and oysters to take away and cook at home are top notch. Just hope this place sticks around although it's always busy so shouldn't be a problem.

Seafood was very fresh! Battered items came out nice and light and not greasy. You can tell that care was taken into preparing the items. Staff are awesome and owners are super friendly too! Sucks that it’s really far away though.

I'm on vacation from New Zealand and I've had two fantastic meals here. I really enjoyed the snapper; it was fresh, crunchy, and light—just a wonderful dish. The chicken burger was also excellent. I highly recommend this place! Réservez une table maintenant

Great atmosphere the place was packed . Servings are massive and very well priced. The only let down our calamari was cold but apart from that thumbs up
