Samuel Horne's Tavern in Old Folsom was a great place to have a meal. Everything is good here. I had the cheeseburger, tots, and split pea soup. Plenty of parking out front and clean bathrooms. You must visit this restaurant while in Old Town Folsom. The Steakhouse Dip was so delicious. The atmosphere was fun and the bar had so many drinks options, including liquor. When you walk in, just grab a menu and order at the bar. Service was incredible. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
