Samurai Japanese Steakhouse

Went here for a celebratory new years day dinner. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. We weren't pressured to start our order and started with a delicious dragon roll of sushi. The chef was entertaining and comedic. He did the classic bit where the food is tossed up to guests and diners. Also very generous with the sake. After he was done cooking our meal we sat and enjoyed for quite some time. My table ordered a mix of all choices and from it the Chilean sea bass and steak were the favorites. The lobster was a little on the small side for a 5oz portion and may not be best served hibachi. No fault to samurai on that just an opinion of taste. While the interior of Hibachi was not super high (and the music outside didn't really fit the mood) the food was quite good, and our cook had a great personality. I had sushi and fried rice, both were made good and fresh.

We've got 15 here. My grandson's birthday sung Jordan and had a great time! The food preparation was as always fun, and everyone enjoyed the culinary experience!

I love this place. Chefs are extremely polite and wait staff is always at the top of things. Eating is always perfect. Great show at the Hibachi tables.

Great service and food. Staff and bartender were very attentive. Would definitely recommend for large groups, it is dinner and a show. Can't go wrong.
