The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. This is the second time I've attempted to go there. The first time, I drove over because their website indicated they were open, but they were actually closed. The second visit, we arrived 22 minutes before closing, yet they refused to let us place a to-go order and asked us to leave because they stop taking orders at 7:30 PM. It's incredibly frustrating. I can't help but feel that we were treated this way due to being Ukrainian and in our 30s, while the majority of patrons seemed to be older and presumably wealthier. The restaurant was quite crowded during our visit. There were three tables that needed to be cleaned, and it seemed most of the customers were still waiting for their drinks. The place was clearly understaffed. After a 10-minute wait, a waitress informed us that we couldn't be seated because they didn't have a table suitable for our stroller. She suggested we come back in 20 to 30 minutes to see if a table was available. This was incredibly frustrating.

The owner and staff are very welcoming, and the sushi is of high quality and truly authentic! I've had sushi in numerous cities and can confidently say it's on par with what you'd find in LA or Seattle. Service: Dine-in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great sushi! My only complaint is they stop seating 30min before they close, I could understand 5-10min before close, but when it's 30min, might as well just put your closing time earlier. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
