San Churro Watergardens

It was a nice day to had some chocolateries to start the week with my two kids. Customer service was friendly polite. We order: • Drop Choc hot chocolate the drink wasn't hot enough for the chocolate disc to melt. It was warm that took a while to melt. • Golden Gatsby hot chocolate it was plain didnt have much flavour. Missing the gold peral which my daughter was expected. But NONE. • Babycino it has some colour added which my son favorite. • Gold Digger bowl Chocolate sauce was everywhere on the plate. Churros bowl was a bit too hard to use with a spoon provided. My kids love to eat here we’ve been regulars for years even if we moved far. However today, made me think of not coming back. First, multiple mistakes while ordering. Even accused of not telling her of the other order, though I did and she just didn’t hear me and she added more to my orders refunded). Second, Some of our orders didn’t come but we have to leave because we’re watching a movie, I asked help from the waiter in a calm and polite manner. He didn’t come back to update. Do not order online! I have had issues with my last three orders at this restaurant; none of them were fulfilled correctly. While they do attempt to call and apologize, I find the communication lacking. I understand that it can be busy, but a little courtesy goes a long way. Although I enjoyed dining in, I will never order online from here again and cannot recommend it to anyone, especially if they're hoping for a sweet churros dessert, as they likely won't receive it.

No wonder why this store have the worst rating in all victoria, absolutely **** and very unprofessional service, I ordered a white mocca and I reckon the teenage girl forgot to put chocolate inside my coffee, what a total waste of my 8 dollars, And i think 7-elevens 2 dollar coffee tastes better than this ****, not recommend at all Réservez une table maintenant

With the gyms reopening on Monday, I thought it would be fitting to have one last treat, so I picked up some delicious churros for two. There were many other impressive and tasty items inside, including a Christmas-themed selection (I can't believe it's almost Christmas!) that would make great gifts for Secret Santa.

Yeah it could have been a bad day but my friends have had similar experiences with the churros being oily. It is very pricey and service is sometimes slow. There isn't a lot of space to manoeuvre inside and there's always some loud patrons outside.

The restaurant has indoor seating, which is great! My 3-year-old daughter tried the flamingo ice cream, and it was amazing! They also offer a wide variety of chocolate and coffee options. On the downside, I found the prices to be a bit high.

Probably the worst churros I’ve had. The churro was hard and dry, not the way churros are suppose to be. I’ve had churros before at other outlets and they were light and fluffy. Definitely not coming back to this watergardens store. Réservez une table maintenant

Let me point out that they may were having probably just a bad day. Our experience wasn't the best, the churros were on the oily side, and the coffee tasted a bit burnt. Would probably give them another chance.
