Located on the main street in tiny San Marcos at the base of the hill where Segovia is perched, this is the best restaurant we ate in during our month in Spain. The food is delicious and beautifully prepared and the service is excellent. We had tuna and swordfish with peppers Padron. The menu is extensive and they provide crusty gluten free rolls! Practically unheard of. Much of the menu is gluten free and our server was very helpful with that. There are many fine restaurants in Segovia even those in the Plaza Mayor and near the aqueduct are excellent, despite being in tourist areas. But Restaurante San Marcos is far better and is less expensive. It was still warm enough to eat on their make...
