I recently visited for a late lunch and found it to be a perfectly decent spot for a freshly-prepared quick-eats Japanese-style meal. The parking lot has plenty of parking spots in front of the restaurant, but it can get crowded around meal times.I ordered the spicy chicken bowl, which comes with a side. For this trip, I selected the kale salad and wasn't disappointed. I found the portions to be about what I would expect for the price. Still, there are other places in the South Bay that serve the same type of food and have better value. All in all, the food was tasty and I would return if I didn't have much time to eat and wanted to have a Japanese-style meal.
I've ordered from this restaurant a few times, and each time I got the chicken katsu, the chicken appeared gray or brown, with some parts even looking translucent. It was drenched in too much oil and consistently seemed overcooked. The quality of the meat was lacking, and it didn’t have the taste of chicken breast. I also tried the spicy tuna roll, but the cucumber at the bottom was discolored and tasted sour. I've submitted pictures as evidence.
I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and I must say, it was quite impressive! I tried the California Roll and some noodles, both of which were fantastic. The staff was friendly, and the establishment was very clean. I'll definitely be returning soon. I drove all the way from Inglewood just to give it a try, and it was absolutely worth it—delicious!
I initially began visiting BVB because the chicken was amazing, but during my last three or four visits, I've found the chicken to be dry. It ultimately cost us $35 for two people, which was quite disappointing. Overall food rating: 2/5.

I love the variety of choices of food. Sushi, grilled proteins, salads and of course noodles. Their service is quick and precise. Cool atmosphere, I have returned many time. Always a good balanced go to, great.
I absolutely love this place! I always order their Thai pasta salad, and I can't get enough of it—I have it every week. The staff is very polite, and I consistently get a generous portion of pasta. Food: 5/5

Fantastic restaurant! You order at the counter and then seek out a seat. The price for 10 pieces of salmon sushi is $20.
