We ordered our food at 6.26pm Called back after an hour at see where the food was .. to be told by a young girl it’d be here within 30 mins After over 2 hours I kept trying to call them but PERMANENTLY ENGAGED My...son called and he got through STRAIGHT AWAY and was told food will be 10 minutes I think my number has been BLOCKED We’re still WAITING AND ITS OVER 2 1/2 hours and WE WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN GIVE THESE A WIDE BERTH ..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN NOR WILL FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!
Absolutely shocking service, I understand it’s a Friday night but to turn up and hour and a half late and then be missing 2 of the main items(2 chicken kebabs)! When I finally got through to phone them, they wouldn’t give me a part refund,...then when I phoned again to ask where they were, I had to listen to an argument between the poor girl on the phone and her boss, who conveniently changed language from English to his mother tongue! Then the kebabs turned up and they were cold! We will never be going here again
not or food from shandhus takeway, gillingham. the food turned, and swamped in oil, the curry sauce pot looked like it was fed in the bag and sat on, chips were cooked on the outside, but was raw inside neat trick that one,) fish. was under cooked inside and the teig was not cooked as two meals ordered, a meal was missing the chips, 2 jumbo When it was about cooking and saving it, it turned around mud and had to bind. the attempt to sort it was that we have closed now. avoid them unless they want to be sick.
waited 3 hours for a home delivery and it's just not good enough. the first time we talked to him that he was not there? that was after 2 hours. the order was worth £69 and magically it appeared and we were told that the order was frozen.? but we were sure it was on the asap. another hour went by and we arranged again to be spoken only too rudely, and they said it will soon be there. it finally arrived, but I must say it is not the sandhu I knew when I lived in gillingham.

The food took 2 hours to come only to be wrong cold. Whatever it was inedible! Shocking service! Absolutely appalled. Then rang to speak to them to be told it was my fault and they wouldn’t do anything all I can do is...order another 2 meals! They wanted me to wait another 2 hours for 2 meals when everyone else is eating now, and to pay again!!
I have to say that, but, honestly, so disappointed eating unpredictable, my dinner had to throw in the garbage. over 40 minutes too late. stone cold. apparently, I ordered a beer in my fish sauce. Burning and oily chips....Batter drips with oil. No more commands of me, my family or my friends. avoid them at all costs and save their money.
This mixed kebab is absolutely vile and looks like old frozen food reheated. Taste is vile. Texture is horrible, instantly after 5 minutes my stomach was turning and making noises... 5 minutes later I ran for the toilet... Armageddon.
Never again . not very nice . The food I ask for was wrong and was luc warm .they lucky to get 1 stars from me

eating here is always fresh and impressive had a takeaway fish and chips a huge piece of fish I had.
best chip in gillingham and large portion for a small taste very good meal very enjoyed it
