Soul Food is scarce in my area and my son wanted fried chicken...SCORE!!! Sandi's is super cute and our waiter Matthew gave us great service. The food was fantastic, fresh flavorful. It was the best Soul Food I have eaten in the NorthEast, in the top when compared to down South. The fried chicken was juicy and tasty. The Mac Cheese was creamy and the collard greens were seasoned perfectly. My son enjoyed his meal very much and we both agreed returning is a must. This place is SO GOOD! Nah, foreal though. I had the 2piece fried chicken w mac collard greens. The chicken was super fresh, crispy fried to perfection seasoned so well! The mac and cheese was delicious and cheesy. The collard greens had a little kick to it and was very good. On top of that, their hot sauce is delicious spicy! Idk what type of hot sauce they gave me but it was good yall I cant explain lol. Just GO here. I think I want to try their fried catfish next!! Delicious! I called in my order for pickup, but next time I'll definitely dine in because the interior is absolutely stunning! I tried the Momma’s Medium combo, which included two incredibly tender, meaty, juicy, and perfectly seasoned baked turkey wings. The baked mac and cheese was a delightful blend of cheeses that complemented each other beautifully and was also perfectly seasoned. The fresh collard greens were delicious, and the creaminess of the mac and cheese paired perfectly with them. I can’t wait to return! I shared the meal with my daughter and mother, and all three of us are enthusiastic supporters. This is a fantastic addition to Morristown’s restaurant scene.
Ordered dinner tonight, but my family was disappointed. I ordered 3 of the large sized combination platters of fried chicken, with sides. The sides were mostly good, the rice and peas was dry, however. The biggest disappointment was the chicken. While it was seasoned well and flavorful, it was very dry. I splurged on this dinner hoping to be wowed by the chicken, and it was a real shame that it was so overcooked. I won't be back.

The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The Soul bread and hush puppies are definitely must-tries. The interior is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Chef Sandi even came over to our table to greet us and express her gratitude. I highly recommend that everyone check this place out!
This place is a hidden Gem. I came for lunch and was surprised when I got there. The decor and the music was perfectly selected. The food was absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent. I am hooked and definitely recommend to go and eat out for a nice date night or for lunch.
I recently got takeout from Sandi's and it was delicious. The fried chicken, wings, mac and cheese and the soul bread were fantastic. I can't wait to order from here again and hope to dine in as well too. Highly recommend coming here, you won't be disappointed!
The quality of food was mediocre for the price they asked...they serve canned collard greens (not fresh). The corn was very bland. bland...no flavor...I ordered off of Doordash and I did not receive my drink. Don't think I will order from here again

I just discovered this restaurant today, and I'm really impressed with the food. I ordered the fried catfish, mac and cheese, and collard greens, and everything was delicious. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to others!
Matthew was a great server! Kind, thorough and genuine. It was worth the wait everything was fresh and made to order. Some of the best collard greens I've ever had.
