We had an amazing dinner at Sandro's Italian in Manhasset. The MOZZARELLA IN CARROZZA with spicy Vodka sauce was great. CALAMARI ARRABIATA was nicely spiced aggressively but not overwhelming. BUCATINI CLAMS , house-made pasts with fresh clams, nice combination of beautiful olive oil and butter to give it that texture you get in Rome. Speaking of Rome the Roman classic BUCATINI CARBONARA was executed perfect !! Guanciale was crispy and delicious with nicely fond egg, pepper and cheese sauce. Cannoli was house made crispy shell and delicious filling ! Service was friendly and competent. Overall an experience worth repeating !! My wife and I dropped by last night for an early Father’s Day dinner. The wait staff was incredibly attentive all around, especially our waiter Josue who was excellent. The food was outstanding we shared the Calamari Arribiata and the Burrata, each of which was excellent. For main course, we had the salmon and pork chop martini impressive presentation and great flavor all around. As first timers, we’ll be adding to our regular rotation.
Fantastic experience! Food is always super delicious and the service is over the top. So friendly, welcoming and personal. Loved that the receptionist made a note to remember us, ever though we’ve only been there half dozen times, and chef came out to say hello. Rare to get that these days.
I went out for dinner with friends and ordered the pasta carbonara. It was amazing! I just returned from a 10-day trip to Italy, and this dish ranked among the best I had while I was there. The service was excellent and very friendly. I will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

We decided to stop at this restaurant while on the road and feeling hungry, and it turned out to be a great discovery! Every dish was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We might even make the trip back to Manhasset just to dine there again!
First time there . It was our wedding anniversary. Food was excellent quality . The service was excellent and wonderful atmosphere. They even surprised us with a beautiful Italian cheesecake for our anniversary! Thank you .
Amazing food (especially the pastas) and friendly staff! Have come here many times and will continue to do so.
Excellent all around experience. Definitely one of the best Italian restaurants on Long Island.
