Delicious and friendly! I was working on a project that required a long day at the office, and the team needed some sandwiches delivered promptly. We placed an order online (and I also called to confirm because sometimes requests don 't get properly recognized). The gentleman who answered was so nice and friendly, confirmed my order and even honored my request for an 'extra ' and didn 't up-charge. The sandwiches were great and the service top-notch. I highly recommend.

Went here for catering and could not have had a better experience! First, Mara’s husband recommended I get less than what I was planning on for our numbers rather than trying to upsell me. When I picked up the food it was ready early and the customer service was standout. They even had an employee carry it all to my car for me. The food was fantastic! A honest, and dedicated family run place!

Can't say enough good things about Sandwich works! We had an order for 22 individual sandwiches and they did not make an error on even one of them, and many of them were customized. Not only this, but the owners and folks who work there are fantastic and the sandwiches are great. Highly recommend! Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for gluten allergy

This is truly THE sandwich place.I've enjoyed coming here for many, many years for lunch. Their sandwiches are delicious, and the service is always friendly, quick and with a smile.It's a mom and pop's type of place. It's friendly. It's homey. This place is a solid spot for a quick bite in Newton with friendly employees and good food. The prices were a little high for the portion you get and the place could use a bit of a facelift but with an extensive menu and quick service, I’d give it a solid 4 stars.
