We’ve had our car serviced here for years and until the last few appointments had never had any issues. The last oil change the tires weren’t rotated (we have one that leaks slowly, so I knew they hadn’t been rotated, not sure what else they didn’t do but that was the most noticeable) the most recent time June 3rd, my tires were rotated but now, 2 weeks later and I’m getting an alarm saying I need brake fluid.. which should’ve been checked when my car was serviced.. but obviously wasn’t. So I called this morning to see if they could check it and was told they are booked up for appointments until July but I was welcome to leave my car with them and they would TRY to look at it today (but she made sure to mention that it wouldn’t be fixed today) Horrible service.

Ashley was our sales agent. From the time she greeted us until the time we closed the deal with buying the truck, she was not only professional, personable, knowledgeable but extremely patient and helpful with answering all of our questions. Had a water pump that needed replaced on my Chevy truck. I made my appointment with ease and was assigned Natalie as my service representative. This dealership is benefited by having employees like Natalie. She is self driven, often putting pressure on herself to meet the customer needs. Natalie ensured my vehicle was completed timely and correctly. Keep up the good work Natalie!

Natalie was so great. We were traveling and in Ft Morgan from Utah. She was confident that your service department could get my truck repaired in time for us to leave and drive back to Utah. Her confidence was very comforting. And the dealer’s service department was excellent. I’m very appreciative of your service!!

I’ve purchased from 4 different Sandy Sansing dealerships over the years and this one is by far the best one yet. Friendly staff, didn’t make me feel like they were trying to get over on me and no pressure whatsoever with them. JT and Sarah were amazing!!!!
