I've known the sanki for a long time now, but before he opened the Shiki, I had always enjoyed it. the atmosphere of a typical Japanese little restaurant. kitchen and sushi, everything to discover a part of Japan.The last two times I took sushi and a shirashi to take away. The sushi is no longer Japanese. too small and a slightly lean filling. Rice had not been memorable either, a little hard. The shirashi that I took not long ago was any, see bad. The tuna part in a ribbed was unpleasant. the lower belly of another species should not have ended in sashimi so it was fine, fat and silvery. the salmon sashimi should bear the title of salmon carpaccio. and the two urchin sushi. The rice was so dry that the nori stayed it also after 15 min.I had mediocre as a note. I thought there was a bad day. But I'm just... I'm putting horrible, but the shiki is still a good table. But for how long...NB: in comparison with small sushi restaurants in the japon. It's very mediocre. It's the kaitenzushi level at 100 yen. The amount of fish is not there, nor the size of sushi. I paid 24 or 26 euros a shirashi! but or is the quality and quantity for this price? the salmon sashimi had to be cut in two to magnify the visual effect. Ridiculous!

guaranteed disbursement as soon as you pass the doorstep of this small restaurant that outdoors does not pay a mine. we are here in real good Japanese gastronomy, made with real good products and in an authentic atmosphere rejoicing. The clientele present doesn't mislead, we know right away that we're in the right place. There are some for all tastes, some very classic sushi/sashimis tuon-saumon but much more tasty than in the chains of restaurants that are found everywhere in more exotic dishes such as the liver of lotte cooked with vinegar, the sushi of whole sardine, the sashimi of varnish or liche or the doughnuts of cater. so yes it is a little expensive, but quality and authenticity have a price. To do between real amateurs. highly recommended reservation, the room is small.

the room rather the large hallway is exigu but we do not come here for decoration but for the authenticity of the dishes. the restaurant accepted us as we arrived after the accepted opening hour on a small flat on the service a little long and not always pro. I ordered a special chirashi and I didn't regret it, the fish were excellent just like the vinegar rice. my 10-year-old son ate for the first time a salmon chirashi he also loved. It changed it from skewers to all kinds, certainly good but always from the country of the rising sun! addition a little high given the location but the quality of the chef and the products are undeniable.

En lille og hyggelig familie restaurant, der er fyldt med japanere. Stedet er ikke stort, men der er masser af sjæl og charme. Utrolig venlig og nærværende betjening. Klasse sted.
