I paid a visit to the bakery for the first time yesterday. I kept my expectation low as I had sampled other goodies from gluten free bakeries around to find that they really weren't very good. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their goodies are! From the free sample of lemon coffee cake (which was moist and delicious) to the sampling of goodies that I took home, everything that I have tasted is so good! Last night, I had the Strawberry Strawberry cupcake and it was so good! No artificial flavoring and it wasn't overly sweet either. This morning, I had the orange cranberry muffin and that was also really good. I still have the cinnamon bun and a carrot cake cupcake left to sample an...
I can't say enough good things about this bakery. They would not know that this was a gluten-free plant only by tasting the products because they are all fantastic, especially compared to the typical gluten-free foods around. Most importantly, however, is that you can count on your food from a safe and reliable gluten-free cuisine. Who is better familiar with your desserts than a doctor who has celiac itself?
Found the bakery on my Find me gluten free app and decided to give it a try. The guy who owns it told us about the bakery and made sure to inform us that it is a gluten free facility and that it is 100% safe for people with celiac disease. He also gave us a sample from one of their cakes that tasted amazing! It 's definitely worth the 40 minute drive for me. The prices was also cheaper than I expected.
The turtle cheesecake at this restaurant is fantastic! It is light, creamy, and a gluten-free delight. The Samoa cake is also delicious and moist. Personally, I love the Snickerdoodle cookies. Today, I tried the rosemary and thyme fruit bread and it was heavenly. I highly recommend it to anyone with celiac disease, a gluten intolerance, or anyone who just loves great desserts. My family and I stopped in today to grab a treat for my best friend who is celiac we ended all getting something and it was all amazing and non of us are gluten free! It is so exciting for my 8 year old daughter who has a dairy allergy to be able to walk into a bakery and pick what she wanted! We are so excited to fine this place!
I cannot express how amazing this bakery is. The food is fantastic, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional customer service. I have visited multiple times and even placed an order, and the owner is outstanding. He is extremely personable and accommodating. This bakery is a gem for the gluten-free community!
