Santa Ana Pizzeria

Was very put off by this place last time I picked up my order. The pizza is fine, but not worth the money (in my opinion). I'm mostly writing a critical review because the service I received was awful. I wasn't greeted when I came in. Instead, I was ignored and the couple that came in AFTER me, was helped. When I finally was helped, the lady was unfriendly and had no interest in helping me. Customer service goes a long way, so I don't plan on returning.

FYI: Order for pick up before 8:20 pm. Google says they close at 9 pm. I called at 8:29 and was advised I couldn’t pick up a pizza because orders aren’t taken after 8:20 pm. I asked if they had ANY pizzas for pick up and the answer was no. Not impressed but thought I should share for the person who wants to try Santa Ana like I did but is fooled by the closing time.

We are regulars at this place and it never disappoints. It's always a fantastic evening Santa Ana. We totally recommend you try it if you haven't already. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
