Stayed just one night ahead of flight from Santander airport after family holidays. Very disappointing for the price. Room was small and sterile. The facilities are poor nothing to do in the hotel itself, though the location is great). Everything is charged extra: parking=€30, breakfast, no water in the room except minibar €3.50 for 500ml). But the most enervating was thumping dance music till the early morning. Turns out there’s a nightclub in the same building! I recommend to avoid all rooms 100-118 if you want to get a night’s sleep.
Celebramos un evento muy importante y el Hotel y su personal demostró una profesionalidad encomiable y digna de elogio, continuamente preocupados por nuestro bienestar y asistencia pues éramos cien personas y varias sillas de ruedas. Tras el evento celebramos la cena y tanto el jefe de sala como los camareros nos atendieron tan maravillosamente que llevo desde entonces pensando cómo podía comentar públicamente esto para que todos los potenciales clientes puedan disfrutar y recompensar con su confianza a este hotel.
The room was very good with regard to cleanliness and comfort. However the noise from the disco which was located directly below us was appalling , going on till 5 in the morning one night. Also the room was dark due to the trees blocking out all the light and no view. The set meal most nights was very disappointing and and didn't do justice to the excellent Spanish cuisine. The meals were bland and unappetising.
We loved the room, 10 out of 10. but as there was no balcony we were hoping for a seating area outside. But there was nowhere to sit outside. Also at dinner we were not offered a choice of foods. We had one option only, and if you did not like it there was no other choice. The cleanliness of the Hotel was10 out of 10. Immaculate. Réservez une table maintenant
Just spent one night here. Room was very clean. Great shower, comfy bed. Smart tv worked. Parking is a nightmare, no possibility of parking in the hotel garage. We were lucky to find a spot in front of the door. I believe this is a notorious problem in Santander. Overall good place to stay.
