Santo - Réserver une table

We love Santo and usually love the service and good food. This special time the server was from their game and the kitchen was missing a few beats. No posole in the posole and no carne adovado as ordered? Food delivered to the wrong table and no one really asks if food was satisfactory. They made the posole, but we hope that the off-day is an exception to this place.

While the food was good it was severely overpriced. I love the idea of locally farmed food and I want to support that but even with that in mind it seemed too expensive. The server was a bit more hands off than I was looking for. Would go again, but only if I didn’t have to pay $8 for 3 tablespoons of guacamole.

Santo was delicious! Everything was very fresh and the food didn't taste super hard. I recommend the enchiladas!

Imaginative food and great service! Hosea has created the ambiance and flavor of New Mexico for sure.
