We were once again visiting our former Franconian homeland.On the last day of our stay we visited this place with 12 people. To take it forward for us, it will probably also be the last visit. The restaurant was completely refurbished years ago, the facility is loaded, everything clean and almost something noble. It was with the plus points. The service was friendly, but little attentive. We had to call for the service of the two young men to be taken care of, or to order a nightish. On the question about Kalamarie and Oktopus (I actually wanted to know how the preparation is I got to answer: Oktopus is Oktopus and Kalamarie is Kalamarie. ! I still ordered octopuss grilled for 8.90€ .I get 4 pieces slightly thicker than a straw completely tasteless and tough like rubber.. There almost everything remained on the plate. At the time of clearing or otherwise there is no demand whether everything is okay. Even when I meant paying, that I had no reaction as an appetizer 4 pieces of rubber. It would be worth mentioning that the place was only visited sparsely. As a main dish we had still grilled beef livers for 10.30 € Gyros special (baked with metaxas sauce and cheese for 12.80 € and pork fillet special (baked with metaxas sauce and cheese for 14.80 € The liver was thin but nevertheless tender and juicy. But also here and in rice very tasteless. According to my wife and daughter, the Gyros and the pork fillet were tastefully good. As dessert we had galactobureko with ice for 4.50 € That was again very good.From the rest of the family I got the info, meat was good not dry or tough but also too little to not seasoned. The drinks are available for Bad Staffelstein. Cola 0.40 l 2.70 € cup of coffee 2.10 € It will take some time again until we come back to Franken to see if there is another visit to the stars.
