Sapiens Paleo Kitchen

we were disappointed with sapiens this time. No one has greeted us 5 minutes on the door. they were unprepared for the service. our server did not appear for another 10 minutes. chef aurora has simply not shown any love to eat that she has cooked today. the sapiens salad was nothing special arugula with bacon bits, pecans and a sherry vanaigrette. the woof soup was oversold for many chefs a classic mistake. it was also quite small for $12. the side was partly soggy, partly crispy. very sad. maps ash has a far superior french wobbles soup, dietary considerations side by side. the sapiens burger was quite dry and difficult to eat very disappointing. the rabbit stew was also particularly diffic...

We enjoy the food and unique selections offered. During a recent visit they mixed up our entree ordered and we didn’t overly mind since it was one that we thought about and didn’t want to make a fuss. I would have thought they might want to compensate with a free dessert or something but no offer was made. Mistake aside, it was still a wonderful meal.

Interesting menu, but execution is lacking. Liver was undercooked and steak was overcooked. Charge extra for minuscule amount of cheese in the otherwise tasty French onion soup. My wife loved the meatloaf. I really enjoyed the kraut. Really wish it was better because we can use more BYOB restaurants in the Valley.

eating is amazing – whether they are looking for an allergen friendly /paleo friendly eating option or not, eating is delicious. the service is friendly and personal. everyone who works there really cares about creating a great experience for his customers. it's a must. French onion soup was excellent. Filet and accompanied vegetables were barely warm. Filet was also fairly fatty. Would not recommend that dish. Apple crumble was nothing special.
