A restaurant of the 1st class!!!Who would have guessed that in KiBo?The food tasted excellent and the portions were really oversized, so that man even for the first time reads something on the plate. It was even offered to take away! But you must mention the 'small things', which are by no means self-evident: Thus, the side salad is served in a bowl that is not directly on the bottom plate, but a napkin is placed therebetween. 100 points.Then the knives are 'knives' as they wish everywhere. 100 points!The meal is served on pleasantly preheated plates; I haven't enjoyed this service forever. Also 100 points!!!Not to mention from the kindness of the staff; a nice friendly young lady very accom...
The food is actually not that bad. But the service is very poor. It took over an hour to get my meal although the restaurant was not that full. Yes they say everything is made from scratch and that's why it takes much longer. However I think a good restaurant can deliver both service and quality at the same time. I did give the place a second chance....went back for dinner another time hoping my first experience was just a coincidence. Unfortunately it wasn't the case. I haven't gone back since and I don't think I'll be going back again.
The appetizer was delicious, so we had to wait 11/2 hours for our food, although hardly any guests were in the restaurant. In the salad plate we had a long black hair. After a long time, our carvings came and the salad was brought to our demand. Putenschnitzel was good, the sauce was unfortunately a finished product tastefully rather bad. The service was totally overwhelmed. We had to wait for the invoice for 20 minutes, and the payment was not possible.
Delicious food, friendly attentive service, great value for money. I was here for the first time with my mother. We were warmly welcomed and hosted. It was certainly not the last time. Top.
