Didn't have a reservation but they managed to squeeze us in for dinner. An absolute gastronomic experience. The wait staff were very attentive and will wait for you to finish the course before serving up the next round. Also very helpful in recommending and helping to choose what to order without being overly pushy. And of course the most important thing, the food. One of the most delicious Italian food I've had the luxury of having. The gnocchi was not mushy and flavourful with a very rich sauce that is not overwhelming. I took my friend for his jubilee. I reserved and they expected us with rose petals on the table. at the end we got a nice teller with a candle. the restaurant breathes and eating was also good. only the service. was disturbing. we had bad luck with the waiter. he looked up constantly and when he brought the cake, he looked at himself punished and he strangled the teller to stroke a "happy birthday. to be honest that I was there because the food and place, but I realized how frustrating is to have a service so low when considering that the reviews were so good. Went in expecting great food at a 5 star hotel/restaurant and got the blandest food and rude service We ordered spaghetti with grilled chicken instead of clams, waiter said that was fine. We got some boiled chewy overcooked chicken instead. The pizza was also bland. No seasoning in any food. The waiter said they wouldn't be able to take it off the bill, and then the manager eventually came over and was yelling that they never make chicken and told the waiter to never take that order again. No clue why the chef just didn't say no when we ordered if he couldn't make chicken properly, it wasn't the waiters decision. the worst italian ive had lived in my life! the staff is rude, bad. the seafood pasta does not taste fresh, the garnish is very chewing and overcooked, in a round like a ripe eat. the teig of the pizza is abit too nacky and sloppy, probably were hours before...served, were also tasteless, only in general a bad experience, really did not want this star review, but due to the hire of the staff I had to do this. stars! nice eating, beautiful venue and a very welcoming atmosphere. our waiter was fantastic. I let them know before that it was my partner birthday, so he arranged a decorated table and brought a desert (with candle) after our head and gave...im a really nice birthday meal surprise to many thanks that they make it a special for us. I recommend everyone else!

Undoubtedly the best Italian restaurant in Interlaken located in famous Victoria jungfraujoch hotel. Food was delicious and you may feel that you are in Italy eating authentic Italian food. I would highly recommend to make reservation upfront to not to miss on this wonderful dining place. Always coming back again.

a decent place for dinner in interlaken. it’s a bit on the pricey side, but so is everything in this city lol. the decoration and interior is stunning, the service very nice (thought not exceptional). the food was pretty bland… it didn’t taste *bad*, just not very good, especially for this price.

Good was good, but looking for exceptional and it didn't happen. Service was timely and helpful. However, the food was rich and seemed to be created with minimal finesse. Loud atmosphere with an obvious fly problem had us battling flies from flying into our dishes most of the evening. Réservez une table maintenant
