Sapporo Teppanyaki Liverpool

Booked online, got there no booking noted on entrance, luckily restaurant was quiet so they got us a seat. Really cold day, sat down people around us eating with coats on, place was freezing, so uncomfortable. They actually had halogen heaters on people’s table but not enough to go round. Food was ok, not much choice on menu,soft drinks exspensive , kids had fun with chef, added a service charge..... we are not London. Overall not value for money, eat then left as was very cold, no acknowledgment by staff on temperature, wouldn’t go again. Dissatisfied.

We have been coming to your restaurant same time of year for 3 years now and have never been dissatisfied, cannot wait to vist again next year, thanks for a great evening and amazing food x

We go every year for birthdays and love it here. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Food is amazing with a fun twist. My kids love it here.

Loved the food, loved the entertainment form the chefs. Excellent place for a special occasion. Celebrated daughters 16th birthday
