Good dining experience in a cozy Italian restaurant. Waited about 20 minutes on a week night, restaurant is well located. Although it has two floors, only the first floor was open and all tables were full or reserved.Had the French onion soup (a bit salty) and a pizza just right! Note that they don't seem to have an actual pizza oven, instead they appear to have one of those conveyor belt pizza ovens. Crust isn't charred at the bottom, but it turns out good enough.Service is friendlier than most in the region.
Sure, it might have been 10 degrees below zero and the closest restaurant to the hotel, but I'd walk there in 20 degree sub-zero weather to eat there again... and will. It was already on my list as a recommendation from the Quebec City MoonGuides, so I knew I wanted to go there. Being close was just a plus. Then I had the duck confit and penne dish... tres bon! PLUS they had the Talking Heads on heavy rotation, thank you for that!

Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs as well as the spag pollo, they were decent/good but nothing super special. Could've used some salt and pepper but didn't get a chance to ask a server as they looked pretty busy with a full house. Service was pretty prompt at the start and end but missed a mark with the mid meal follow-up.
The service and atmosphere was great! Our servers were wonderful. The food was just basic. Tasted fine but was nothing special. Would describe it as something you could probably make better at home. Maybe I picked the wrong dish (canard pasta). You win some, you lose some.
My experience at this restaurant yesterday for lunch was fantastic. The server was extremely friendly, the drinks were delicious, and I had the most amazing mac and cheese. I am looking forward to going back and I would definitely recommend this place to others!
This restaurant is absolutely amazing!! The mac and cheese is the best I have ever tasted!! I highly recommend trying it! We also enjoyed the s'mores for dessert. I can't praise this place enough!!
