a word: exceptional. before meeting with ana I had interviewed of eight bakers for a very high profile project (a rehearsal purchased.) so when I tell them ana stands head and shoulders over the rest, I have a pretty good frame of reference. my project demanded that cookies are made so that they correspond to a 6 foot high statue and statue illustration. each bakery has submitted 4 6 inches round or rectangular cookies with a photocopy of my artworks above as their sample. but not ana. ana told me she would create a form in the form of my artworks. I had a great experience at Sarahlú Miami. I had to place an order through the phone for delivery, which was handled by Ana. She made sure the entire process went smoothly and continuously went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. She provided us extremely fast and professional service, and was very responsive to all of our requests. She also had to deliver our order at a very specific time, which she pulled off incredibly well with an amazing, kind attitude. She made our first experience at Sarahlú amazing. sarah and her team were wonderful to work with our high-time cake, cupcakes, brautstrauß and boutonniere. the consultation was so much fun and she asked all the right questions to make sure that we incorporated a beautiful cake that details from my dress and flowers from the bouquet. we have a animal as a wrench lime and chocolate hazelnuts for the other and both were delicious! vegan cupcakes were also great. it is a real professional, organized and detailed. we will definitely go back to her in the future for cake!
What a let down this was, after reading about this place and the reviews i was so anxious to try it that I ordered a birthday cake from them on their website yesterday. After we drive off from the shop they give us a call to tell us that they forgot to mention the cake was frozen and we needed to let it thaw out for at least 2 hours prior to cutting, mind you this was at 2pm. This already set a red flag for me frozen cake means it's not fresh and never tastes the same after i Réservez une table maintenant
Great service, great products and selection. Ordered an ice cream cake called Mrs 305 for a birthday. It wasn’t just a good looking and tasty cake, it was more like a piece of art, unique and special. Very happy I found them, it was a big success and everyone loved it!!! Will definitely come back. When we changed venues for our wedding December 2020 we had to find a new cake vendor and fast. Sarahlu was amazing and extremely accommodating. Not only was our wedding cake delicious it was gorgeous as well. They are extremely knowledgeable and experts in their craft. We will be repeat customers!
