I wanted a simple naked cake with fall leaves for my moms 50th birthday, and Sara’s Sweets did not disappoint! It was beautiful all by itself! I did add some extras to it but by itself they did an amazing job!! And the taste did not disappoint! I highly highly recommend this place! Also when I went inside to pick up the cake they were very busy! One of the girls behind the counter stopped what she was doing to come help me! She was super friendly! I wish I had gotten her name! Take my word for it! This is the place to go if you need a custom cake!

I ordered several cupcakes for my daughter's grad party and these were hands down the most moist and flavorful I have ever ate! All of the flavors were amazing and each one was beautifully decorated. We were all blown away with how tasty they were.? The cupcakes were a hit at the party--folks wanted to eat those instead of the other food catered. ? I needed a last minute cake while traveling through Ohio for my daughters 14th birthday. I have always made her cakes myself but couldn’t this year because we were away from home. I was hesitant to break tradition and also weary ordering from a bakery I knew nothing about—but we were not disappointed. The 6” cake was pricey $44) but it was absolutely adorable and delicious. It was the highlight of our trip.

I am gluten-free and have tried various gluten-free baked goods in the last few years. last year I bought a friend of mine gluten-free cupcakes from Sara’s. they were so incredibly tasty and moist I have been a regular customer since. I have “gourmet” gf baked goods from everywhere, but nothing has come near Sara’s. I'll be a long-term customer, well, if she could only make them free of calorie.
a gluten allergy in the family can make it difficult to find good, moist sweetness, but sara’s are amazing! we tried their Kf-Buckeye cupcakes tonight and they were fantastic! they would never have guessed they were gf. super soft and fudgy, light and airy (which is almost impossible gf)...plus a peanut butter cup, peanut butter filling and pb frosting with a sweet little icemer up! divine!
This bakery is amazing and is definitely the best in Allen County and beyond. The cupcakes, brownies, and cookies all taste gourmet and are made well. The best part is that everything is very affordable. It's wonderful to support a locally owned shop that offers reasonable prices for any occasion. The staff is very friendly and the owner promptly responded to my email with answers.
My dog is obsessed with their pup cakes. Their better than s brownies are everything and the butter beer cup cakes, yes ?. I'm not a big fan of butter cream icing because it takes away from the taste of the cup cakes, so I highly recommend the butter beer cup cakes since it's made with butterscotch whipped icing
