Good food! Got a bit irritated though. Ordered 2 meals, they Starr preparing right away because everything is ready...in the midst, I was attempting to order a chicken sandwich as well. I was told sandwiches are ordered at the register. When I arrived at the register, and proceeded to order the chicken sandwich, they rung it up, gave me my total. I paid, then they said it'll be 8 minutes on the sandwich! Damn, my other stuff will no longer be as hot!! I asked the guy, who appeared to be mgmt, he said this is how we do it. I'm in town for a training session, and my Uber driver recommended this restaurant, which is conveniently located just across the street from where I'm staying. Overall, it was a great experience! The chicken was fantastic—perfectly seasoned without being overly salty. The white meat chicken was excellent, incredibly moist and juicy. The fried rice was simple yet full of flavor, and the green beans with onions were also very tasty. I'll keep you updated during my stay, but I can already say it’s an excellent value for such a great meal!
This restaurant offers amazing food! I had a challenging day, but when I called Sardis to place my dinner order, a lovely young woman named Janelle truly brightened my evening with her delightful personality. She was attentive and went out of her way to help me. I commend them for their excellent customer service! I also appreciated her fun gesture of putting my dress on her head! I visited several places, but this one was outstanding! I was on a business trip and craved a good meal. The chicken was still hot when I returned to my room, and the yuca was delicious. The service was fantastic as well. The only downside was the size of the sauce cups; they seemed to run out quickly, and I love to mix them. I’ll definitely be back in DC!

I got the Power Bowl similar to the Burrito Bowl at Chiptole. The portion was huge and it was good. I'm not a mayo based sauce person, so I used some Chi-Chi's chunky salsa.
