I have been a Sardo 's loyalist for years. Unfortunately, they no longer seem to care about customers who support local businesses, especially during COVID. I ordered online today (8/3/22). Their online system was clearly new. I just needed acheese pizza and 10 wings. The obvious first place I looked was their specials section. Curious as to why this special wasn’t listed in the promotions online, I asked the staff about it, but they were unaware. Our experience with sardos has not been the greatest. We have lived in the area for several years and have had sardos numerous times over the years. Our most recent experience was awful to say the least and the food was not thoroughly cooked. Afterletting Sardos know we were advised they were short staffed and this was the reason for the insufficient service. Needless tosay we will not be ordering from here again.

The food was undercooked, and when we brought this to their attention, they explained that they were short-staffed, which affected the service. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering from Sardos again.
I'm disappointed for the second time. The large pizza and chargrilled crispy wings were just okay. The wings were rubbery, and some weren't fully cooked. I appreciate the air fryer option, but I really wanted to like this place since I loved the one on Onondaga Hill. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from here again or recommending it.
